For those who are curious to know why we are "sometimes open" on those days that we are suppose to be closed,

because sometimes we get many orders and we have to work overtime.

Trained by famous Pastry Chefs and Master Sugar Artists in the U.S. and in other countries around the world.

Ron Ben Israel and Collete Peters.

Our Super Moist Chocolate Cake are made of high quality and expensive Belgianand Swiss Chocolates!We only bake when an order comes in,never from the freezer!

We are NOT a mass cake producer. Freshly baked cakes taste so MUCH different compared to dry cakes on display showcases.

We are proud to say that we formulate our own RECIPES,

not from premixes. 

Price will depend on the kind of cake, filling, icing and

decoration of the cake.
