This Almost Sugar FREE Cake is SWEET, just like other cakes. We use soya/almond milk instead of fresh milk, Maltitol instead of sugar, Margarine instead of real Butter.

CAKES ARE NUT-FREE.
Why is this so? We buy ingredients in different stores and suppliers that also does NOT guarantee that their products are NUT FREE. They always note "This product/ingredient MIGHT contain nuts".
-Whipped Cream with light sweetness. Good for Sponge/Chiffon Cakes. Must be kept cool. Can be flavored too.
-Swiss Butter cream (contains egg). Made with real fresh high quality butter.

-Fondant White, Ivory or Chocolate (Kosher Parve) is made of confectionery sugar and gelatin, lightly flavored with Vanilla. Excellent for Wedding or birthday cakes that needs sculpting or with intricate decorations. Pound cake is just right for this silky and smooth icing!
