-Whipped Cream with light sweetness. Good for Sponge/Chiffon Cakes. Must be kept cool. Can be flavored too.

-Swiss Butter cream. Made with real fresh high quality butter. Sugar can be adjusted but must be kept cool.

-Chocolate Fudge (Truffle/ ganache) Icing.

-Caramel, just like Chocolate, is heavenly!

-Fondant is made of confectionery sugar and gelatin, lightly flavored with Vanilla. Excellent for Wedding or birthday cakes that needs intricate decorations. Pound cake is just right for this silky and smooth icing!

*Super Moist Chocolate Cake, Light Caramel, Vanilla, Mocha, Eggless Chocolate Cake.
